STATS-CORE™ collects and organizes information to support athlete lifecycle management, performance documentation, eligibility awareness, recruiting visibility, governed communication, credential verification, and system audit integrity.
The system is designed to protect athletes, families, professionals, institutions, and authorized users by separating public access, private records, credential authority, intelligence interpretation, communication governance, and exposure publishing.
2. Information We May Collect
STATS-CORE may collect information voluntarily submitted by authorized users, including:
- Athlete identity information, such as name, school/program, city/state, graduation class, and sport.
- Athletic performance information, such as production records, measurements, metrics, awards, and verified achievements.
- Academic and eligibility-related information where submitted for pathway awareness.
- Media links, profile assets, headshots, highlights, game film, and exposure materials.
- Parent/guardian consent and approval status.
- Professional identity information, including role, organization, sport scope, position/event scope, and workspace assignments.
- PHNX professional credential status, authorization scope, renewal status, and credential audit history.
- Communication records, receipts, permissions, message windows, and audit trail metadata.
- Runtime and access information needed to preserve system security, route users, and monitor operational integrity.
3. Athlete Data Protection
Athlete data is treated as governed lifecycle information. STATS-CORE does not treat athlete data as casual public content. Athlete records may include sensitive performance, eligibility, recruiting, development, and exposure information.
Athlete visibility is controlled through approval status, role permissions, credential authority, verification status, and system governance rules.
4. Parent / Guardian Consent
Where parent or guardian approval is required, athlete profile visibility, media exposure, recruiter access, communication permissions, and related system functions may be restricted until approval is granted.
Parent/guardian approval, denial, modification, revocation, and pending status may be recorded for governance, compliance, and audit purposes.
5. Professional Identity and Workspace Privacy
Professional users may operate through a PHNX Professional Identity and one or more Professional Workspaces. A workspace represents an operational assignment, such as coach, evaluator, trainer, counselor, recruiter, program administrator, or related professional function.
Workspace activity may be associated with the professional identity for audit continuity, credential validation, communication governance, evidence attribution, and operational accountability.
6. Credential Visibility
PHNX professional credential information may be displayed where necessary to verify authority, support professional attribution, confirm authorized modules, or establish trust in evidence submitted to STATS-CORE.
Credential visibility may include credential status, authorized sport, authorized position/event, expiration state, suspension state, revocation state, and certification authority.
7. Recruiting Visibility Boundaries
STATS-CORE recognizes the doctrine that Exposure does not equal Interest, Communication, Offer, Commitment, or Placement.
Recruiting visibility may be governed by role permissions, parent/guardian approval, athlete profile status, credential authorization, communication windows, and system access controls.
8. Communication Records and Multi-Box™ Governance
Governed communication may create records, receipts, timestamps, role context, message status, routing metadata, and audit history. These records are used to protect users, preserve accountability, and support communication governance.
Communication permissions may vary by role, athlete status, guardian approval, credential authority, and system-defined communication windows.
9. Intelligence, Verification, and Reports
STATS-CORE may use governed records to support athlete intelligence, verification confidence, pathway awareness, development interpretation, Crystal Reports, Crystal Registry entries, exposure products, and related lifecycle outputs.
Intelligence outputs are governed by system rules and are not created by this public privacy page.
10. Third-Party Services
STATS-CORE may use secure third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, media processing, operational monitoring, or database services.
Third-party services are used to support system operation and are not authorized to sell STATS-CORE data for unrelated purposes.
11. Data Sharing
STATS-CORE does not sell athlete or professional data. Information may be shared only within governed system functions, authorized user roles, approved visibility rules, verified credential permissions, institutional reporting workflows, or legally required circumstances.
12. Security and Audit
STATS-CORE may maintain access logs, session context, routing history, credential status, communication receipts, audit events, and runtime records to preserve system integrity.
These records support operational monitoring, self-healing, compliance review, and cross-stream governance.
13. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for submitting accurate information, maintaining credential integrity, respecting athlete privacy, following communication rules, and using STATS-CORE only through authorized system pathways.
14. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as STATS-CORE expands its governed athlete lifecycle infrastructure. Updated versions may reflect changes in public access, athlete records, professional workspaces, credential authority, communication governance, Crystal outputs, or operational audit requirements.
